Zoho CRM Implementation Cost in India (2026)

Updated · By the Supraflow Solutions consulting team · 9 min read

Short answer: Zoho CRM licences in India cost ₹800 to ₹2,600 per user per month on annual billing, before 18% GST. Implementation by a partner is a separate one-time fee, typically ₹75,000 to ₹3,00,000 for a small or mid-sized business, and ₹3,00,000 to ₹8,00,000+ for enterprise rollouts with custom modules and multiple integrations.

A realistic first-year budget for a 10-user team on Professional is ₹1,68,000 in licences + ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000 in implementation — roughly ₹2.7 to ₹3.7 lakh before GST.

Most pricing pages stop at the licence cost. That is the smaller and more predictable half of the number. The part that actually decides whether the project succeeds — and what it really costs — is the implementation, and almost nobody publishes rates for it.

This page breaks down both, with the working shown.

1. Zoho CRM licence cost in India

These are Zoho's published India prices, per user per month, on annual billing and excluding 18% GST. Verified against Zoho's India pricing page on 24 September 2026.

Zoho CRM edition pricing in India, 2026
EditionPer user / monthWhat it unlocksRight for
Free₹0 up to 3 usersLeads, contacts, deals, basic workflows, mobile appA founder testing the water. No workflow rules worth the name.
Standard₹800Workflow rules, custom fields, forecasting, mass email, reportsA team under ten that needs one clean pipeline instead of a spreadsheet.
Professionalmost common₹1,400Blueprint, CPQ, inventory, validation rules, Google Ads integrationAny team whose sales process has rules that must be enforced, not just recorded.
Enterprise₹2,400Zia AI, territory management, custom modules, sandbox, customer portalsMultiple sales teams, approval hierarchies, or custom logic needing a test environment.
Ultimate₹2,600Enhanced limits, advanced analytics, augmented BILarge deployments hitting Enterprise limits.

Monthly billing costs roughly 20% more than annual. GST at 18% is added on top, and is recoverable as input tax credit if you are GST-registered — so the effective cost stays close to the listed rate.

The edition mistake that costs the most

Enterprise gets sold on Zia AI and territory management. If you have one sales team, one price list and no discount approval chain, Professional does the same job at ₹1,000 per user per month less. On a ten-seat team that is ₹1,20,000 a year — more than the entire implementation fee for many projects.

Move to Enterprise when territories, sandbox testing or custom modules become an actual requirement, not a wish. You can upgrade at any time; you rarely get a refund for downgrading.

2. What implementation actually costs

Partner fees are a one-time project cost, separate from licences. The range is wide because the work is genuinely different between a five-user pipeline and a multi-team rollout with ERP integration.

Typical Zoho CRM implementation fees in India, 2026 (ex-GST)
Work componentTypical feeWhat it covers
Discovery & process mapping₹0 – ₹25,000Mapping how a lead travels from enquiry to payment. Serious partners often do this free.
Core configuration₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000Modules, fields, layouts, stages, roles, permissions, dashboards. Usually the largest line.
Data migration₹15,000 – ₹75,000Depends on how messy the data is, not how much of it there is.
Automation & Deluge₹30,000 – ₹2,00,000Workflow rules, approval chains, auto-assignment, custom functions.
Integrations₹15,000 – ₹60,000 eachWhatsApp, IndiaMART, telephony, website forms, Zoho Books, Tally, ERP.
Training₹10,000 – ₹40,000The line most often cut, and most often regretted.
Ongoing support₹10,000 – ₹50,000 / monthOptional retainer after go-live.

Put together, a typical Zoho CRM implementation in India lands between ₹75,000 for a lean rollout and ₹3,00,000 for a mid-sized company with integrations and custom modules. Enterprise projects with ERP links and multiple business units run ₹3,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 and above.

3. Three realistic first-year budgets

Licences recur every year. Implementation does not. That distinction matters more than the headline number.

First-year total cost of ownership, ex-GST
ScenarioLicences (year 1)ImplementationFirst-year total
5 usersStandard, one simple pipeline ₹48,000₹75,000 – ₹1,20,000₹1.23 – ₹1.68 lakh
10 usersProfessional, automation + 1 integration ₹1,68,000₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000₹2.68 – ₹3.68 lakh
40 usersEnterprise, custom modules + ERP link ₹11,52,000₹2,50,000 – ₹6,00,000₹14.0 – ₹17.5 lakh

Notice the pattern: implementation typically sits between 30% and 60% of your first-year licence bill, then drops to near zero in year two. From year two you mainly pay licences plus any support retainer.

4. The costs nobody quotes you

5. How to keep the number sensible

  1. Start on Standard or Professional. Upgrade when a specific feature becomes a blocker, not because Enterprise sounds more serious.
  2. Choose annual billing. It saves about 20% immediately.
  3. Insist on fixed-price scope. Open-ended hourly billing is how a ₹60,000 project becomes ₹2,00,000. Ask for a written scope document and a capped number.
  4. Get integrations quoted as separate line items, each with its own estimate, so you can defer or cap the ones that are not urgent.
  5. Do not cut training. A CRM nobody knows how to use has zero return, regardless of how well it was built.
  6. Phase the rollout. Sales first, then service or finance. Phased projects deliver value faster than big-bang launches and surface problems while they are still cheap to fix.

6. Questions worth asking any partner

Before signing anything, ask these. The answers separate consultants from resellers:

Buying licences through a partner costs the same as buying direct from Zoho — the partner margin comes from Zoho, not from a markup on your licence. If a partner quotes above Zoho's published rate, ask why.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Zoho CRM cost per user in India?

On annual billing, excluding 18% GST: Standard ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400 and Ultimate ₹2,600 per user per month. A free edition supports up to 3 users. Monthly billing costs roughly 20% more per user than annual.

Is implementation a one-time cost or recurring?

Implementation is a one-time project fee. Licences renew annually and optional support retainers are monthly. From year two you mainly pay licences plus whatever support you choose, so the total cost drops sharply after the first year.

Does buying Zoho through a partner cost more?

No. Zoho sets licence pricing and a partner cannot mark it up — the partner's margin comes from Zoho. You pay the same published rate buying through a partner as buying direct, and you gain implementation support. Implementation services are quoted separately.

How long does a Zoho CRM implementation take?

A clean Standard rollout for a small team takes two to four weeks. A Professional setup with automation and one or two integrations takes four to eight weeks. Enterprise projects with custom modules, approval chains and ERP integration run eight to sixteen weeks.

Can we implement Zoho CRM ourselves and skip the partner fee?

Yes, and for a very small team with a simple pipeline that is often the right call — Zoho is genuinely usable out of the box. Bring in a partner when you need enforced process (Blueprint), custom Deluge automation, data migration from another CRM, or integrations with accounting, telephony or WhatsApp. The honest test: if you cannot describe your sales process in writing, no partner can configure it for you either. Start there first.

Is GST charged on Zoho licences and implementation?

Yes, 18% on both. If your business is GST-registered, that component is recoverable as input tax credit, so the effective cost stays close to the listed price. Always confirm whether a quote is GST-inclusive or exclusive before comparing proposals.

What is the cheapest way to run Zoho CRM in India?

Free edition for up to 3 users, or Standard at ₹800 per user per month on annual billing. If you need several Zoho apps — CRM plus Books, Desk or Projects — compare against Zoho One, which often works out cheaper than buying three or four apps separately.
