A custom operations manager on Zoho Creator connecting raw material stock directly to confirmed sales orders and production capacity.
Key platform elements
- Recursive multi-level BOM parsing. Schemas that unfold sub-assembly structures to arbitrary depth without triggering circular-lookup failures.
- Workcentre allocation engine. Rules that read current machine load and route new jobs by available capacity rather than first-come order.
- By-product and scrap routing. Secondary outputs and waste metrics categorised and posted back into inventory automatically, so yield reporting reflects reality.
- Shortage forecasting. Planned production exploded against current stock to flag material shortfalls before the run starts, not on the shop floor.
