Salesforce Implementation & Migration
Not every business should run Salesforce — our own comparison guide says so plainly — but when enterprise scale, a specific integration requirement or an investor mandate means Salesforce is the right call, we implement it properly: process-first, not feature-first.
What we build
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud setup. Pipeline stages, record types, validation rules and page layouts mapped to your actual sales and support process.
- Flow and Apex automation. Declarative Flows for standard automation; custom Apex triggers and classes where the logic genuinely needs code.
- Data migration. From Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive or spreadsheets, with field mapping, de-duplication and a sandbox dry run before go-live.
- Zoho ↔ Salesforce migration in either direction. We've run this both ways — scaling up to Salesforce for enterprise requirements, and migrating down to Zoho when the cost/complexity of Salesforce stopped paying for itself.
Honest advice first
Before any implementation quote, we'll tell you plainly whether Salesforce is actually the right platform for your size and budget, or whether Zoho or another option solves the same problem for a fraction of the cost. See our Zoho vs Salesforce comparison for the numbers.
